Following up to our recent successful completion IPH Steam and Innovation competition 2020 and Creative Challenge 2020 as part of IPH Schools silversary celebration series, that had been participated by hundreds of participants from all over Indonesia, we are now holding another fun challenge to the series.

Forever Cool Kids Virtual Run
 
With a 90s theme that is taking us to the decade when we humbly started the School.
The Virtual Run is, apart from the celebration, also a fun movement across communities, families, friends to go through this pandemic. Happier, healthier and stronger together
 
 

ABOUT THE RACE

Registration opens from 27 November - 4 December 2020
Running date 09 - 17 January 2021
 
IDR 200,000/pax 
Early bird (until 2 December 2020) IDR 175,000/pax
 
In exchange of IPH Race Packs
(Jersey, tumbler, bag, e-certificate, merchandise and finisher  medal)
 
STEP BY STEP:
1. Participants will need to choose their CATEGORY when registering
 
2. Registration flow: Complete the online form accessible via our Website www.iphschool.sch.id and transfer your participation fee.
 
3. Racepack will be ready for collection on 7-8 January 2021 at IPH East Campus Kedung Baruk 112-114 Surabaya, or IPH West Campus Jl. Pattimura 2 Surabaya 0800 AM - 0300 PM
 
4. Participants will get 8 days to complete and submit. Running kilometers can be completed in one single run or multiple run, all of which must be tracked using STRAVA application.
 
5. Submission period is during the running period. Submission before or after those dates will not be accepted. 
Ie running period: 09-17 January 2021, submission period : 09-17 January 2021
 
6. Participants need to take min. 1 selfie with the racepack and upload it to their social media account and mention IPH Schools #IPHVirtualRun2021 #IPHForeverCoolKidsRun
 
7. Finisher medals will be sent out after completion of race
 
8. Winners are those who complete their kilometers in the shortest time.  Results will be announced in IG Live and Youtube 
 
There are other challenges, apart from the running, namely BEST PHOTO Challenge (ie behind the run video, selfie/wefie wearing the race pack) that will be reposted in our social media platforms extensively ie Youtube and Instagram with the chance of winning interesting prizes and merchandises from IPH Schools and sponsors.
 
 
 

CATEGORIES

 
Open to IPH Family and public
 
GROUP RUN
1. COOL FAMILY RUN (PGKG age group and family. Min. 2 participants) 
Distance : 5K
2. AWESOME BY NATURE (Primary age group and family. Min 2 participants) 
Distance: 7.5K
 
SINGLE RUN
3. HIP HOP HOORAY (Secondary age group and adults)
Distance: 10K
 
 
WINNERS = First Finishers
A total prize of IDR 13,000,000 will be distributed for first finishers in each category.
I, II, III for each category will win cash prizes, Winning Medal (apart from the completion medal), certificate and merchandise
IV-VI for each category will win certificate, and merchandise 
 
 
 
WHAT TO DO Once your registration is complete?
1. Keeping fit and hydrated while waiting for for the Running Period
 
2. Pick up your Race Packs at IPH East Campus Kedung Baruk 112-114 Surabaya, or IPH West Campus Jl. Pattimura 2 Surabaya 0800 AM - 0300 PM. Kindly bring your transfer receipt upon collection.
 
3. Got your racepack already? Post min. 1x selfie/ wefie/ behind the run post wearing your FOREVER COOL KIDS Virtual Run jersey in your Instagram, FB and/or Youtube
 
This post can be Photo or Video. Minimum 1 post. The more you send the bigger your chance at winning the challenge.

4. Start running (during the running period only: 09 - 17 January 2021) and remember to always use the GPS Tracker application to track your date of run, timing, and Kilometers
 
5. Screenshots every running from every members (if you participate in Group running) or your own running (if you are a Single runner) from your GPS Tracker Apps and submit ONLY using the link provided during the running period (09 - 17 January 2021) 
Submissions before or after those dates will not be accepted.
 
6. Make sure every single screenshots include DATE OF RUNNING, KILOMETERS, and TIME COMPLETION and NAME OF PARTICIPANTS.
Meaning each of participant need to install and have their own STRAVA apps with their name on it (same name as registration)
 
7. Make sure to Run ONLY during this running period. No running BEFORE or AFTER this period is eligible for submission.
 
8. You do not have to wear your IPH Virtual Run jersey everytime you run, you just need to wear it during your first and last run and make sure they show in your Photo/ Video post.
For those completing in one single run, you will need to wear IPH Virtual Run jersey during that one run and post your photo/video wearing it in your social media and mention + tag @Iphschools #IPHVirtualRun2021 #IPHForeverCooldKidsRun
